Looks like it's been hit by a mortar strike.
The car park in this centre resembles something you see in a war torn country. The potholes are horrendous. It's been like this for a long time with only some poor quality patch works done.
The place is filthy, the pathways need pressure washing.
The gardens and lawns are also terrible.
The Pimpama Junction sign has been damaged and is blinking, been like that a long time, it looks very uninviting.
Clearly the owner of this place doesn't care.
I've since boycotted the centre and now shop at Pimpama City instead.
Happy to change my review if they fix the car park PROPERLY.

The centre management obviously don’t care. The place is in ruins. Destroyed car shades flapping the breeze for months, the same LED lights flickering for almost a year, pot holes the size of your wheel, tactiles missing, the whole place needs a deep clean, proper maintenance program, and some care. Horrible experience for shoppers.

Pretty poor response from center management. "In the process of addressing the issues" "we take your concerns very seriously" - no, you're not. this review was 9 months old before I edited it today - when asked about it the general repairs I was dismissed by management, I've had to replace a rim and a tire from the pot holes - are you going to compensate me for those actual costs? Not to mention the noncompliance to do with public lighting, access and egress ways not being up to public GCCC standards. You are a joke of a management company and lucky you've not being sued for negligence. Stand out on Yawalpah Road and look at the trip hazards inside your boundary, have a look at night at the lack of compliant lux levels which contribute to noncompliant public areas, all the graffiti and the general cleaning required it out of control. don't pretend you're doing something about it - do it...

12 Weeks later - surprise surprise…Still huge potholes in the carpark, lights still off or flashing, graffiti still everywhere, trip hazards, car park covers ripped and torn.
UPDATE: the pot holes multiplying.
10 Months since the last review - it's getting worse and worse. Lights still not fixed, potholes after potholes, dirty disgusting place to shop with centre management who doesn't care.

Convenient if your in the area. Carpark is full of potholes,Signs are damaged and paint fading. You get the feeling repairs and upkeep are on the tail end of the todo list. But it's got the basics. And for a quick stop shopping spot, that's all that's needed.

Well management you said months ago you were fixing your pathetic carpark of its potholes! Lies lies lies. People are damaging their cars now! I saw someone scrape the side of their car on the bollard trying to dodge pothole nearly a foot deep! Let's see what A Current Affair say about it.
