These ladies are amazing I absolutely love Jade and Ive never been more happy with my hair in my life! If there was 10 stars I would give her 11. If you want you hair to look great with amazing customer service, come here, you wont be disappointed ๐

If you're looking for a salon that excels at taking your money and then disappearing โ look no further!
I booked online because no one ever answers the phone (maybe the phone is just for decoration?). They were quick to take my $45 deposit, but a few days later the appointment was cancelled by the owner due to an injury. Fair enough โ life happens. I was told I'd be refunded via Stripe. That was weeks ago.
Since then? Radio silence. Multiple messages, no replies. It seems the only guaranteed communication method is the online booking form โ which works perfectly when it comes to collecting your deposit. Refunds and customer service? Not so much.
Sadly, this experience has made it clear that professionalism and follow-through are not priorities here. Book with caution โ and maybe donโt expect your money back if things donโt go to plan.

Best customer service and professional hair dresser in Gold Coast. Casey did really good job and will come back. I did keratin treatment today. The lady is very friendly

Another ripped off client here! Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of professionalism. I made an appointment and paid the $45 booking fee. Jade didn't show up to the salon for my 9am appointment, after reaching out to her with no response finally after almost 4 hours she text me saying her alarms didn't go off. Things happen, not a big deal. I had to find an alternate hairdresser though as I had an event to attend. I asked Jade if she could kindly refund my deposit, to which she promised she would. It never happened, multiple requests to her and she completely ignored me and didn't respond to my requests. I ended up having to file a dispute with my bank and thankfully they got it back for me. Really disappointing and disrespectful behaviour. I was a loyal client for 5 years, won't ever be returning.

I used the booking system online and paid the $45 deposit. A couple of days later I got an email saying that the time I booked was not available and someone would be in contact. Noone contacted me. I tried calling the number online and it was disconnected.
As I was driving past a week later, I popped in. I made a time to get my hair done 3 days later at 1pm. At 12:50pm I was pulling into the parking and got a message asking if I can change the time to 1:45pm. I went in to see them since I was there anyway. I agreed to come back half an hour later, which I did. I then spent a further half an hour in the salon waiting, and eventually gave up.
I have used this hairdresser several times in the past, and I've always known them to be pretty unreliable but this is going a bit far. Time to find another salon I think.
