I came in asking for a wax or thread just to tidy up around the edges and middle of my brows, ended up getting threaded. Unfortunately, quite a bit was taken off from both the top and bottom, leaving my brows much thinner and patchier than I wanted. There wasn’t much discussion about shape or how much would be removed beforehand. The final shape is okay could be better could be worse, but if you prefer keeping your natural, full brows, make sure to clearly specify. Unfortunately I will not be coming back and I recommend you do your research before letting someone touch your brows or you could end up quite disappointed like me.

My brows ended up uneven and spotty after a threading and henna service. I'm pretty disappointed as I wanted to treat myself for my birthday butu brows look very uneven. The woman working seemed like she wished I hadn't come in at all. Oh also I booked an appointment online only to be told they do walk-ins only so I guess don't bother booking in advance.

Received a genuine apology from the head office and was impressed with the kindness and swiftness of their response.

I went to the Robina store, it was completely empty and two staff members just sitting around. I asked for a lash lift and tint and they then the two girls tried to talk me out of it even though it’s been months since my last lift. Then when I insisted that I wanted it they said they couldn’t get me in for an hour. They clearly don’t want the business so I left them sitting in their empty shop and will take my business elsewhere.

I went in with my mother, we have been here many times the last 2 visits have been horrible. They don’t ask what you would like to be done they just go for it. She took a chunk out of my eye brow, I didn’t even have a chance to look at them because I felt rushed. My mother felt the same, asked if she could have her eye brows trimmed and she told her she didn’t need it done. I will not be going back. Asking what a customer would like done would be nice, not feeling rushed and like an inconvenience when you’re paying for a service.

out of no where the girl from the reception asked the phone number and my details which usually non of the other salon usually do.
If any of you have face same situation ??
Do we need to provide our details for doing the service???
And I’m getting a lot of spam call afterwards.
