Can’t rate Dr Jeanette Lamb & her assistant Hayley highly enough! I had terrible experiences as a child with the dentist my mum used to take me to so avoided dentists like the plague. When my daughter needed some nasty extractions, Jeanette was amazing .. whilst my daughter was bracing for the expected pain,, Jeanette calmly announced the tooth was already out!!! My daughter was amazed as still thought it hadn’t been pulled. With that memory fresh in my mind, when I had a similar need, I didn’t hesitate to go to Jeanette. She has a real gift for making people feel at ease, and talks you through step by step. Such a professional team who are happy to address any questions. Have since had Clear Aligners to realign my teeth that were starting to cross over each other. I’m extremely happy with the results and my new smile. Thank you Jeanette & Hayley 😀❤️

Dr Jeanette Lamb is absolutely incredible! The entire team at Primary is so lovely and very accomodating. Would highly recommend Dr Lamb if you are looking for a kind, caring and gentle dentist!

Jeanette was such a considerate dentist, as someone with anxiety her manner was very gentle and reassuring. I also experience scent triggered migraine so I want to thank her for not being doused in perfume. It’s the small things that make for a stress free appointment. Thanks, glad to finally find a dentist I really like.

Amazing service from booking the appointment online to a lovely voice on the other end of the phone and then face to face and also the professional service provided by all. I don’t think anyone loves heading to the dentist but from start to finish, all make you so welcome and so relaxed, very clean and I now happy to book my regular check ups. Thanks everyone.

I’ve had a few bad experiences with dental work over the years in different countries all over the world. Thankfully I met Jeanette and although I was still anxious before and during the work (root canal) in hindsight I shouldn’t have been. The experience was far better than I hoped for, Jeanette and her assistant Hayley where bloody amazing and I wish they where my dentists all these years as I wouldn’t be this anxious about dental work! Highly recommended, extremely calm and totally put me at ease, nice music in the background too! Go to these guys they are the BEST!!
