I was looong overdue to get my nails done & they were in an appalling state. Trish was fast, funny & extremely proficient. The atmosphere was relaxed and all the staff were lovely. Highly recommend.

Second time I go there, and twice disappointed. Although the ladies there are nice, the work is not well done at all. Poor quality mani and Pedi. They just did infill yesterday to my hands, it is too thick, and the colour itself is not well done, it already looks like it has been done one week ago. When I pay someone to do something, it is because I am expecting them to do it better than me = professionally! Just lost 115 dols..... (pics were taken 1 day after visit......)

I drove all the way from Broadbeach (40 minutes) to come to this runaway Bay nail salon as it is the best nail Salon on the Gold Coast I have tried places closer to me and they are nowhere near as good as these ladies. I will always continue to come back to them. Thankyou ❤️

I went here the other day and asked for babypink acrylics and after making me wait 20 minutes and serving someone else who came in after me, I finally sat down and the guy was assigned to do my nails. I cannot describe how rough and aggressive he was. He would yank my hand so hard and pull on my fingers really fast and hard like he was mad at me or something!? He turned in his chair and his knee hit mine under the table no apology or anything. He was filing down my nails and buffing it so fast and rough and when he was done with my hand he would somehow throw my hand back at me and grab the other one and pull it towards him. I thought I'd give him the benefit of the doubt but I got home and looked in the light better and its terrible my colleague said to me they look a week old already. I really think these people need a good lesson in customer experience and how a softer touch and a smile can make a major difference in how their clientele feel at the end of the service. People want to enjoy themselves when they get their nails done and feel good, I felt awful after going here - I dont even care about the bad manicure, I just wanted to get out of there!
