I’ve been coming to Hands on Body every two to three weeks for several months now and they are amazing! I always feel so relaxed and refreshed after I have received a massage from them and it’s done wonders for my overall health. Can’t speak highly enough of each lovely massage therapist there and although they have different styles, the results are always the same. Thank you so much!

Remedial massage done by Sumiko (forgive if I got it wrong) was just above and beyond! I only had a 45mins massage but felt more than that because she listened to me, knew where the pain was so she focused more working on it and never felt like the usual choreographed massage routine. So thank you Sumiko, felt good to be finally pain free.

Highly recommended. Got an appointment in 20 mins. The staff is very experienced and nice. I went in for a remedial massage for stiff neck and shoulders and left feeling so much better.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage therapy session with Hebi, and I can confidently say it was one of the best therapeutic experiences I've ever had. Over the past few months, I've been suffering from persistent pain in my neck and shoulders, which often made everyday activities uncomfortable and stressful. After hearing positive feedback about Hebi, I decided to book an appointment, and I am so glad I did!
From the moment I entered Hebi's tranquil studio, I felt a sense of calm wash over me. The ambiance was soothing, with gentle lighting and calming music that immediately set the tone for relaxation. Hebi took the time to sit down with me to discuss my specific pain points and any concerns I had. I appreciated this personalized approach, as it made me feel valued and understood.
During the session, Hebi demonstrated exceptional skill and a deep understanding of muscle anatomy. They used a combination of techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, which specifically targeted the areas where I was experiencing discomfort. I was amazed at how quickly Hebi identified the knots and tension in my muscles, and the way they adjusted their pressure to ensure I felt comfortable throughout the process.
What truly impressed me was Hebi's intuitive ability to gauge my body’s needs. They checked in with me regularly to ensure that the pressure was suitable, and the care they took to tailor the massage to my individual needs was incredibly reassuring. By the end of the session, I felt like a completely different person. The pain in my neck and shoulders had significantly decreased, and I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and free from the tension that had been plaguing me for far too long.
I also appreciated the advice Hebi provided for post-massage care, including stretches that would help maintain the results of the session and tips for improving my posture during day-to-day activities. It was clear that Hebi is not only passionate about massage therapy but also committed to their clients' overall well-being.
Overall, I cannot recommend Hebi enough for anyone seeking relief from muscle pain or simply looking to treat themselves to a high-quality massage experience. Hebi's expertise, professionalism, and caring nature made all the difference, and I plan to return for regular sessions to maintain my newfound sense of comfort and relaxation. If you're in need of a skilled massage therapist who is attentive to your needs and can truly make a difference, look no further than Hebi!
