I heard about Keishi at Pain Relief Massage Gold Coast from a friend at our Avanti Gym in Southport.
I had developed a very uncomfortable pinched nerve in my spine near my neck and had suffered from it for several months.
Went to my GP for X-rays and had scans by my spinal surgeon that offered various possible solutions. Some quite drastic and other entailing exercising over the long term.

The result after one long term session (1 hour) and a follow up 2-3 days later and my pinched nerve was repaired. I have continued at my gym for a further four months without any recurrence of my pinched nerve.

I came to Gold Coast Pain Relief Massage Clinic with genuinely concerning back pain that was starting to impact my preparation for an upcoming 135km hike back in WA. I’ve had remedial massage for this issue before, but the results from Keishi were on an entirely different level.
After just two treatments, the improvement has been remarkable. The pain has reduced dramatically, my mobility is much better, and I finally feel optimistic again about being able to complete my hike. Keishi seems to have an exceptional understanding of how to work with chronic muscular pain and tension patterns, not just temporarily ease symptoms.
I also do daily stretching and walking to manage my back as best I can, so I know this improvement isn’t simply from resting. The treatments genuinely made a significant difference in a very short time.
Highly recommend for anyone dealing with persistent back pain, tightness, or mobility issues. A rare experience where the results actually exceeded expectations.

Keishi was great! Very professional and considerate, especially for someone like me who had never had a remedial massage before. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he thought would be best to help treat my problem, and that he checked in with me throughout the process. Most importantly, my pains were gone the next day!

I saw the lovely Sarah today after suffering two days of severe neck pain. She is honestly amazing and made such a difference. I could barely move my head beforehand but after a massage with Sarah, I had so much more range. She is incredible - and such a lovely sweet lady. Cannot recommend her enough. I’ll definitely be back 🥰

I have had intermittent pain in my back and shoulder blade pain. Worse when stressed. I was recommended by a colleague to see Keishi. I am so glad I did. Big relief after first visit. Have just completed my second treatment and could not be happier. Nice quiet, clean clinic. Keishi is a very experienced and professional clinician.
