I have very dense, fibrocystic breasts on ultrasound. Regular remedial breast massage helps to reduce lumpiness and pain. Tarnia is an excellent massage therapist. I’ve been dealing with chronic hip/groin issues for 10years and have seen countless therapists and spent $$$$ on therapies over the years. Given this I’m generally not expecting much more than some small relief when I book a massage.
Tarnia was able to provide so much relief to me after one session I was beside myself. She was the first to suggest deep fascia release for my issue and her techniques have allowed me to make incredible process towards complete recovery. I’ve been able to run more in the last month than I have the last 5 years.
I went to hear off recommendations on Facebook and here I am also singing praise.
I can’t recommend Tarnia enough.

Wow. Tarnia is a gifted and professional massage therapist. I can honestly say she is definitely one of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend her for remedial massage. She puts you at ease as soon as i you ou meet her and has a very friendly welcoming, down to Earth vibe. She has a firm and intuitive touch and knows exactly where those pesky knots and niggles are! I feel amazing after 1 hour massage and so I will definitely be back. Thanks Tarnia. You’re amazing.
