Jetts Coomera is an awesome gym. It’s always clean, well maintained, and has a great setup with everything you need for a solid workout. The atmosphere is welcoming and never intimidating.
The gym manager is a genuinely great guy always friendly, kind, and supportive. He goes out of his way to make members feel welcome and comfortable, which really makes a difference.
Highly recommend Jetts Coomera to anyone looking for a clean, well-run gym with a positive vibe.

Very disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour from the team at Jetts Coomera. As an active, paying member, I was wrongly accused of being a "non-member" and told I had never used my access tag in your email — which is completely false.
I regularly attend the gym and always scan in properly. Instead of checking access logs or footage properly, I was blamed without any investigation. This kind of careless and accusatory communication is unacceptable, especially from a team that’s supposed to manage memberships responsibly.
Dany, as someone overseeing the gym, I suggest you communicate more effectively with Tamara from Jetts Pimpama before making such claims. It’s extremely disappointing that you don’t even recognize your own active members.
Shame on the service — I expected better from a professional gym.
EDIT - While I acknowledge that I forgot to scan my tag during my visit, I want to clarify that the gym was not unstaffed at the time, as suggested. Dany was present and has acknowledged being there, wearing black clothes.
What’s more concerning is the claim that I’ve never used my card or that I’m a non-member, which is completely incorrect. I’m an active, paying member, and being told otherwise was not only inaccurate but also quite disappointing.
Thank you for your argument and debate behaviour rather than this you could easily speak to me but i think you feel easy by debating and emailing this is not someone expect after disrespecting others i have noticed so many times in your email and review that scanning tag on entry on entry. However, it feels like you’re using that to shift focus away from the blame you placed on me.
Why would I come and speak to you in person when my genuine enquiry was met with defensiveness and turned into a debate instead of being resolved?
I have nothing more to add and won’t be replying further.
I’m honestly glad I left your gym.

One of the finest Jett branches I've visited. Exceptionally clean and well-organized. Manager Paul is outstanding, with excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this branch. Wishing the team all the best!

Staff excellent, small gym and can be very busy at peak hours. Go after 6pm tends to be the best time
