I recently joined PLC and I absolutely love the experience and the people. I was initially hesitant to join a gym as I was concerned that it would be a negative or competitive environment, but PLC is far from that. Everyone, both coaches and fellow 'trainees', are so welcoming, supportive and caring. I highly recommend joining PLC to improve both your mental and physical well-being! :)

Having been a member at PLC since November 2020 I would highly recommend anyone starting or wanting to improve their fitness and/or technique alongside an amazing group of fitness enthusiasts and top trainers to look no further and join! Personally I am addicted to this style of training and after every session feel amazing! Absolutely results driven and my technique and strength is only getting better and better! I love PLC!

My experience at PLC has been life changing.
The community at the gym is amazing and I have met so many lovely people all with the same goals and motivations as me. The trainers are all so so nice and are really involved in your fitness goals and experience. PLC is more than just a gym it is a place full of friendly people that makes me want to come train everyday!! I would strongly recommend coming to do a trial here and then signing up it’s so worth it!

I have had the best experience with PLC Bundall. All of the coaches are so supportive and really push me to work my hardest at every session. During the 4 week challenge I was continually supported with nutrition and personal goals by all the coaches which made it such an awesome experience. We are all a family which makes PLC Bundall such an amazing gym.

Since joining PLC I have seen great results in my fitness ability, physical appearance and motivation. I’ve gone from only training 2-3 times a week, to now forming a routine of attending sessions 5-6 times a week. With the circuit already set up for you, you have no excuse but to show up and train hard. PLC has built a great community with knowledgeable coaches who really care to see you improve, and the constant encouragement is what keeps me waking up for the classes. I’d definitely recommend PLC to anyone wanting to take the next step in their fitness journey!
