My daughter started of shy with no spacial awareness, and no fitness. She has now grown so strong, confident and skilled. She has learnt how to be patient and listen better too!
The team at Robina My1st gym have been incredible and so supportive.
They go the extra mile to ensure every child has fun whilst learning within the boundaries of the class setting.
This has been life changing to grow my child to now be ready for a the next step- Cheer!
We loved parkour, ninja warrior, tumbling and gymnastics.
I will miss this wonderful team and everything they have done over the years to support my daughter, THANK YOU XXXX

The best place for a kids birthday party! You have the whole place to yourself and the awesome coaches are constantly monitoring and playing games with the kids so that the parents can sit back in the viewing area and have nibbles and chat. It’s BYO food and drink which makes it stand apart from other party/play centres where catering is always below average.
My 4 year old and all her friends had a blast and all the parents raved about what a great party idea it was.
Did I mention the coaches are awesome? They seriously deserve a medal for how well they run the show.

I would like to give some feedback about my daughter’s birthday party at My First Gym.
At the end of the day my daughter was happy, but she kept asking about the dance party activities that we discussed before. Unfortunately, what I saw was a lot of confusion and poor communication between the staff.
When I arrived, they asked me if I wanted a cake, but there was no decoration ready. People were arriving while balloons were still being blown up. I had to ask for cups and plates, and there were no napkins available.
Everything I had organised over the phone SEVERAL TIMES was not done. The kids were just playing freely most of the time, and was THREE COACHS. They asked my daughter what she wanted to play — but she’s only 4 years old and couldn’t really decide.
When I asked about the dance party, they said they tried but the kids ran away. I’m a teacher and I understand kids can be challenging, but I informed you about the theme well before the day, so there was enough time to plan and organise something nice. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.
Even simple things like plates ran out. I was really expecting more from My First Gym, but I left disappointed. The investment for a party there is quite high, and we expect everything to run smoothly.
If you have 10 kids would be ok do your party there… if more than that they can’t handle…
Also there was no table for kids sit and have there food…
The venue itself is great, but it definitely needs better management and preparation for events. I brought 36 kids, and none of them received a free entry or any kind of bonus from the gym. Some parents even commented that the class area looked messy, and said they wouldn’t come back.
I hope this feedback helps improve future parties, because the idea of the place is wonderful — it just needs better organisation, advertisers and communication.

The young instructor leading the session seemed distant and not very welcoming. She seemed annoyed when asked for help. A friendly and encouraging approach is so important, and sadly that wasn’t reflected in our experience.

Unfortunately, our visit fell short of expectations. The young lady came across as unapproachable, with very little effort to engage the children. The warm and encouraging atmosphere we were expecting just wasn’t there.
