Edge Fitness is a fantastic place to train. The trainers are very knowledgeable and assist with techniques. The workouts are fun while still delivering results. This gym is ideal for anyone no matter your age or where you are along your fitness journey.

Edge Fitness is such a friendly and welcoming gym and totally inclusive. It has such positive vibe and very accommodating to everyone regardless of age or fitness level. Chris will willingly modify any exercises during classes to accommodate injuries and particular needs due to surgery etc. Everyone is valued enormously and part of the 'Edge Family!!' Even though we have moved away from the area, we still travel most days to attend classes because we love it so much. No two classes are ever the same either.. it amazes me how Chris can do that!!

This gym is truly a hidden gem. The trainers, the programs and the atmosphere are amazing! From the moment I walked through the doors I have felt very welcomed and enjoy the physical challenge of every session.
Since my previous gym closed down I have been searching for the magic combination of good trainers, good programs and a place that felt like a community - and what Chris and Sam have created is pretty special :)

Edge Fitness Health Studio is such a warm and inviting space. Chris is a fantastic personal trainer who not only provides excellent health and fitness advice but also focuses on your emotional and financial health. It's more of a wholistic approach to health. The classes, squads and PT sessions are all designed to cater for your needs/goals and each one is unique and lots of fun. Once you join Edge Fitness and Health Studio you immediately feel a part of the 'Edge family'. I have met so many great people through this studio that I can now call my friends. I love being a part of this Edge family!

Best Gym EVER!!! Big shout out to Chris & Sam for making pain fun for many years! But seriously thanks to Edge Fitness for not only training the fit but those suffering and recovering from illness, accidents and surgeries. All levels of fitness are well supported - I am a very happy member 🤩
