Service is spectacular. We had the good fortune to be looked after by both Millie and Tee. What fantastic staff, what spectacular workmanship. Bubbly, friendly, efficient and brilliant at their jobs. I hope they are commended because they are both so good at their work. You wouldn't ever want to lose staff like these two.
Even saved me twenty bucks by referring me to the pub app. I travel Australia with my family and these two gave the best service I've ever received.
We stayed in a king studio room looking over the river and the room was fantastic, so clean and so comfortable and fully stocked with coffee and tea etc.
We checked in with Sebastian and he is fantastic at his job, what outstanding, exceptional service we experienced!
Couldn't possibly find a single negative the whole experience makes me so thoroughly excited to recommend them highly to anyone wanting a fantastic overall experience with staff that are second to none.

Pulled the sheets back on the bed (RM 19) to find a black substance on one of the bed sheet that either looks like coal or some sort of greese or god knows what.. and on the bottom sheet there was a orange stain and also on the donna there was a big patch of what looks to be like vomit or some sort… we called the after hours number and the lady we spoke to mikayla in the bistro was extremely lovely and dropped us off clean sheets. She really is a very lovely lady.
Everything else was good and there’s was no issues but the sheets were sadly not clean… and they are very hard spots to miss so I’m not sure how they were missed.
We were a bit disappointed seeing as we had just drove 10 plus hours to get down here and the sheets were dirty. I am also heavily pregnant so it wasn’t very ideal for myself to be sleeping in dirty sheets with god knows what on them.

Amazing for the price! Comfy beds, clean, HOT shower, free drink cards on arrival and 10% discount at the pub for a meal. Check in was easy, staff were very helpful with directions etc. Close to grocery stores. Stayed with my kids. Felt safe

Great place to stay while at the Gold Coast. Great rooms and cable tv. Convenient to everything! Great staff!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Staff were lovely, pub food was awesome, view from our room was great. The shower was a huge highlight- I love a waterfall shower head.
The rooms had a very strong soapy smell which got overpowering here and there but I'd rather it smell good than bad.
Beds were comfortable, and excellent biscuit selection for the morning tea or coffee.
