Our 3 bedroom apartment was larger than expected and the view of the ocean was amazing. Unfortunately initially there was loud renovation noise coming from within the building but we were very encouraged by the response we got from Krista, the manager, who handled things professionally and with grace. This encouraged us to stay on as the pool area and BBQ area are just gorgeous!! It's a short walk to the surf club and the main strip in broadbeach!
We would definitely come back to stay!!

THE BEST PLACE TO BOOK IF YOUR GOING TO THE GOLD COST. Room 47 was the best it had a tv, comfy beds and A WASHING MACHINE AND DRIER. What more could I want. The view of the beach is a 1 in a lifetime experience. There is a pool, a spa, a sauna, a steam room and a warm pool + the spa has bubbles/jets. Therefore I highly recommend Carmel by the sea

Good value for money, its a slightly older place but they look after it very well, good facilities gym, sauna, pools. Was a bit disappointed in the room view it wasn't sea facing and had a building site right there but room was well set out. Pool doesn't get much morning sun but does into the afternoon

We were overseas visitors here for a big whanau xmas get together A well run venue We had a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the ocean & huge park across the road We had morning sun which was, when it was gone later in the day, it cooled things down There is an outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym Sauna & Steam rooms. Apartment was fully self contained Definitely come back again 💯 %👍🏻
