Amazing views from the ocean view room on level 12. Lovely and quiet, never heard a thing outside our room. We had everything we needed, great space. Pool and spa were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning job left a little to be desired but overall we were happy and had a great stay with our two young kids. Great location too, very close to Broadbeach South tram/bus station.

Room 1801.Room on the 18th floor was fabulous. Great view, room was clean, air cond worked very well. Beds very comfortable. The old leather lounge had seen better days. The jack hammering from the development next door was annoying, but out of their control. I would recommend staying, but if you have a car, there is an issue. In 40 years of coming to the gold coast, every place we have ever stayed has a room number and an allocated parking space. But not here. You can park in any space except for ones marked residents. We were told (as they were completely full one night) that if none were available you would have to park in the street. Well, that's not what I paid for.
Each time we went out, we had to search and hope a spot was there. For that reason, we will never stay there again, which is disappointing because it was a great place.

Location was on point close to beach, restaurants and bars and pacific fair shopping centre also the light rail is a stone throwaway to take you into surfers or to Helensvale for train to Brisbane airport..
Staff were friendly and helpful
The room was spacious and comfortable with a very high standard of housekeeping.
Amenities such as the pool,spa,gym and outdoor kitchen well maintained

The receptionist at Ocean Pacific Resort was extremely rude and unprofessional. As the first point of contact, her dismissive attitude, sneering, and lack of basic courtesy were shocking and made the stay feel uncomfortable from the outset. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such poor front-of-house service, as it reflects badly on the entire resort. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend staying here and will be advising others to look elsewhere.”

Just had a week here with my wife and kids aged 6 and 9.
Hotel has everything you need, beautiful views of the ocean. Close to shops and the beach
Pool area is lovely and isn't too much noise coming from the building works next door.
