Nice time spent with family in late January for one week. Nice and clean swimming pool, very spacious apartment, very good service at reception and place maintenance. Very close to the beach. The airport is very close, and there is no issue with planes flying and noise. Very good for a low price, definitely will be back.

Great location.
Difficult accessibility to get to ground floor room (2 x sets of stairs).
Good room layout.
Oblige lounge/ kitchen has air con, not bedrooms.
Split-system unit filter was filthy and the unit mouldy. I had checked in after hours, so some to recurrent about this and the mouldy vertical blinds in both bedrooms the next morning. Air Con was cleaned on return to my room.
The ensuite shower and drain in main bedroom was filthy. The floors in bathroom, ensuite and kitchen eye sticky.
The fridge door shelving was broken. Dirty jug, dirty kitchen saucepans etc. Drawers in kitchen and bathrooms need a clean. Lots of dirty marks on walls.
Reception were friendly and asked storage of luggage for those who needed that on checkout. The hot water was great, the bed was comfortable with good linen.
No room service, you need to carry you rubbish down to basement on checkout. Bright sunlight penetrative bedroom blinds in the morning and at light garden lights shine through closed blinds.
Great location with good security, needing to use fob to access hallways, capital and gate to pool and garden area from street.
Room 13 - avoid it!

We loved everything about the Golden Riviera! Started with a friendly efficient check in and ended with a the lovely checkout. The 2 bedroom apartment was roomy and clean with everything we needed. Access to the beach is amazing just step out of the gate and you're there. It's position is 6 star!! From the adjacent tavern to the Tugun Surf Club and walking distance to many great restaurants it's so easy to eat what you feel like. Hardly heard the planes flying over and it was a novelty to watch them from the beach coming in to land.

Excellent location to enjoy all the best that a Tugun Beach stay has to offer. Donna and her team go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. The grounds are luscious, well kept and offer a relaxing holiday vibe. The apartments are spacious, clean and provide everything you need for your stay. You can walk to the shops and restaurants of Tugun and the coastal pathway, which is right at your front door , provides an easy walk to the local surfclubs. Golden Riviera is a beach front property with access to the beach via a gate for guests. If you you prefer, you can also enjoy a swim or sunbake in the inviting pool space. Parking is provided in an underground car park in designated parks with access to stairwells that lead to your apartments. Great value money, excellent customer service and a all round great place to stay
