I have been a client of Bclinic for many years. During those years I have had PRP, pico, peels etc. I have also had 3 wrinkle treatments with Dr Lee over the years. He is professional and has enhanced my eye area and my forehead lines are all gone. I have been able to keep my normal facial expression and at the same time removed the visible wrinkles and lines which I am so happy about. A credit to all staff there for their genuine care and friendliness.

I was booked in for erbian laser only to be told 2 days before my appointment that they’re changing their settings protocol . My laser there was already on a low setting. I was not informed about these changes prior to my appointment .Ultimately I was denied to be seen because the proposed therapist felt threatened by my approach on the phone . My husband also had co2 laser done where the therapist burnt his neck severely. Only to be told to apply cream. His neck was burnt so bad for months. And now left with scarring . I spoke to the manager some guy called Glen only for him to hang up on our conversation not wanting to take responsibility.His response was that under Queensland health and safety his staff member did not feel safe doing the procedure .My history with BClinic warrants me as a regular customer, I have been there on 4 occasions in the past , never an issue The response I have received from B clinic management and staff have left me in a very distressed state Very disgusted in the way everything was handled. I highly don’t recommend going to B Clinic . I have given one star rating because you must give some rating . B clinic based on my experience with this company it does not merit a one star rating .

Dr Frank is amazing! - The clinic is beautiful all the staff are really nice and welcoming. I got dermal fillers done with Dr Frank in my tear troughs and cheeks and the outcome was better than what I was expecting! Dr Frank made me feel comfortable, explained everything, checked in with me while putting in the fillers and made the whole process exciting rather than something to be nervous about. So glad I chose this clinic over the others in the end for my fillers. Will definitely be back and will not be going anywhere else other than here!

I recommend this place to everyone I know they’re amazing!
And I would like to personally thank Dr Frank for the brilliant work he always does.
I’ve had occasional treatments and have always been pleased but recently I decided to see Dr Frank and express the way I was feeing about myself (pretty much wanting an overhaul) and ask how he can help. He was so humble and understanding. He explained my options and how he could make the changes possible over time, never pushy- he genuinely has your best interest at heart.
He is professional and ever so delicate minimizing discomfort which is really important to me.
I am finally starting to feel on the outside the reflection of what I feel inside and I am ever so grateful.
Everything so convenient too the parking below that takes you straight up to the clinic and receptionists are always a delight.
I will continue to keep going here and bragging to everyone I know about how great they are!
