Recently had a really disappointing experience at Clear Skin Clinic Carindale. The technician was rude, rushed, and argued with me about my sessions even after I explained it was my first actual treatment. The whole laser session took barely a couple of minutes and was done so poorly that I honestly doubt anything was treated properly.
She also tried hard to upsell extra sessions I clearly didn’t need and pressured me into buying a post-treatment gel, even claiming it was “in the contract.” She quoted the wrong price and only corrected it when I pointed it out. Overall, the whole interaction felt pushy and unprofessional.
I still have sessions left but will be requesting a different technician. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

Jessi is absolutely incredible. She made me feel super comfortable during my treatment. Explained the process, and went through everything. I highly recommend Jessi for all your skin care treatments and needs.

My first time getting facial at this place and Jessi was super caring and thorough with the entire session. She regularly checked in with me if I was feeling comfortable and relaxed. The treatment was done really smoothly with informative explanation of what each step of facial does to your skin. I can tell that she’s super knowledgeable with skin and skin care. Highly recommend getting facials through her.
