I’ve always felt such self-consciousness about my skin as for many years as a teenager and well into my twenties I had pimples and blackheads and have been left with open pores and minor scarring. I simply hated it and have spent a fortune on skincare and make up over the years.
About every 6–8 weeks I have an intense session with Lauren and she has progressively improved my skin to the point where I can see a glow and a fineness in texture. I’m so thrilled.
The program is not inexpensive but I am completely hooked. I’m so happy and I am so committed to continuing the skin program.

I booked my first appointment at Inspiring Skin Health on recommendation from a friend after I started to experience hormonal acne. Lauren's philosophy is simple, and during each treatment she took the time to educate me about caring for my skin with a more holistic approach, without the need for a bathroom full of products. With Lauren's guidance and a consistent routine, my skin is now clear and I no longer feel the need to wear any makeup when leaving the house. Lauren has completely restored my skin and I can't thank her enough.

My stepdaughter and I found Lauren's therapies about 10 years ago. We were delighted to be introduced to red light therapy. We were always treated like royalty from start to finish and have referred friends over the years.

Beautiful clinic! I have been to ISH for a couple of months now to clear up my skin for my wedding and it has honestly been the best beauty salon I have ever been too. I find my 20 min led light appointments so relaxing and I find the ladies there to be really genuine, caring and offer really great advice. I am about to have my second skin needling session which was really effective and I can't wait to see my skin progress in the next 6 months.
