I absolutely love training at Club Active Parkwood. It has such a positive, welcoming vibe, and the staff are incredible — I always feel encouraged, supported, and truly cared for on my health journey. My focus is on building strength and improving mobility, and I feel set up for success with a personalised program that’s regularly reviewed and fine-tuned by Lilly (dietitian), Cam (physio), Ronak (exercise physiologist), and Saachi.

I have been a member since it opened before COVID hit.Always a great place to hang out and exercise.I think the management here now is the best yet.I hope they stay as we are all attached to them and treat them like family.

I have participated in exercise Physio sessions for years at club active Parkwood and it’s always a pleasant experience.
All the staff and clientele are always happy and polite. It’s not too loud and the machines are kept clean. Bathrooom amenities are decent too. Best coffee right next door as well. Parking is always easy. Would definitely recommend. My two kids also do weekly private sessions here too, so they cater to all levels of expertise. Thanks guys!

Joined Club Active for the 6 week Osteoperosis Programme, with great results. 6 weeks off for a knee replacement and I'm doing a regular workout with emphasis on knee rehap. The guys are amazing, and all members are so friendly. Love my time at the gym.
