Great location but that is the only thing this place has going for it.
Broken chair on balcony.
Stained carpets.
Apartment smells.
No bedding for the cot.
Very dusty.
Pillows are stained.
No fly screens.
I could go on and on….
Strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

This place was fatastic! Great rooms, perfect location, and great facilities. Dion was amazing to deal with and so accommodating for us. Would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend.

I really wish we could give these guys more than 5 STARS. This is the second time we have stayed, this time for a week in a beautiful Superior 2 Bed apartment. Honestly the reception staff Nicky & Dion are such wonderful, friendly and welcoming people they go above and beyond every single time and are always more than willing to help. Cannot wait for our next holiday.
We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time over the weekend for our daughter’s cheer competition. The reception staff Dion & Nikki are absolute wonderful friendly people who couldn’t do more for us during our stay. The room 10C and hotel facilities were clean and modern and the view was breathtaking. We will certainly be back to stay at 19th Ave again.

Haven't booked in yet, (today ) but I want to say the girls on reception provide excellent customer service when i was trying to book 2 rooms for our family together. They have been so kind and accommodating,. Best customer service I've had anywhere. Thank you ladies. Big shout out to Nikki you are amazing .

Excellent location, beautiful view of the beach and great value for money. Staff were also friendly and helpful.
Pool , sauna and spa , they have it all.
Checking out was depressing.
