My husband and I are so blessed to have found Dr Joel here at Reedy creek he is a brilliant compassionate caring Dr he is so knowledgeable & confident in all areas & you never feel rushed in an appointment
The receptionist is always lovely & friendly & nothing is too much trouble she always effortlessly gets you an appointment that suits you , the nursing staff are very caring as is the pathologist who is extremely gentle

Don't leave many reviews. But when you come to Reedy Creek Village, you're made to feel like family.
Reception are great at fitting you in. Nurses are great with their knowledge and understanding of different needs.
Now the doctors...both Joel and Katrin have practically saved my life with different ailments. They went above and beyond for me. Wether just someone to sound out to or having heart problems, I thank them for their help and advice.

Exceptional service!! Dr Joel was excellent. Very thorough and caring toward our 6y/O son. I forgot to get a medical certificate and he squeezed me in latter that day. Very impressed. The reception staff are lovely. Professional personal service is not often encountered in today's society, but the reception team here are first class. Thank you for a great experience.

I think I've written maybe 3 reviews of businesses in my entire life, and this one is definitely needed.
The appointment did not start off very well as when I arrived 10 minutes early, the reception told me bluntly "sorry I don't know where she is, she's not here yet". I was given no updates. I ended up waiting 10 minutes from my appointment time - which is fine, happy to do so. The doctor walked through the door straight past patients, made no apologies that they were late and looked straight ahead.
The doctor I saw seemed very disinterested. Part of me would very much like to name this particular doctor, but I won't publicly name and shame. Perhaps I should have read the other lower reviews on Google here before booking. It was my first appointment at Amtan Medical and this doctor seemed quite dismissive and lacked any ounce of compassion when I shared vulnerable information in a clearly emotional frame of mind. Hardly even flinched. When I questioned something regarding Medicare, I was met with a very blunt response and what I felt was an air of defensiveness.
I will not be back to see this particular doctor. Had this doctor gone about my queries and case in a completely different way, I would have a very different response. Unfortunately this was not the case. To think that this level of care is possibly being given to other patients in their own vulnerable states, is concerning.

Amtan Medical, Reedy Creek has a very professional approach. The patient is always greeted with a kind friendly face. This Practice will go above and beyond for all patients and will do their very best to work with the patient for an appointment. Working in the medical industry myself, and without exception I highly recommend this Medical Practice.
