Stayed here back in July and was an amazing stay. We rang to say we we're going to be arriving late, way after reception closes. On the phone the guy said he's happy to assist when we arrive just give him a call. Check in was smooth. Room was so much bigger than we expected! Found out we got upgraded to a superior room which had a washing machine which came in very handy as we we're traveling around. Pool area was really nice. Great location and secure parking. Will definitely be staying again

I had an amazing stay at Aruba Surf Resort as it was close to the beach, shops and many theme parks. The rooms were clean and the jacuzzi was amazing. I recommend you visit. Me and my family will visit again in the future maybe even a few more times.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and the location was excellent! There is free parking, and the beach, casino, and many restaurants are all within walking distance. The male housekeeper here was very kind — since it was our first time visiting this city, he recommended some great places for us to go. Thanks to him, we had a wonderful three days.
The room felt like a small apartment, with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. It also had a balcony facing a small pool where guests can swim. Although the facilities are a bit old, everything was very clean. There was a washing machine and dryer, and both laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent were provided.
Unfortunately, the washing machine in our room was broken, but when we told him about it, he kindly offered to wash our clothes for us instead. From start to finish, he remained calm and handled everything with great care. We really appreciate his help.

Have just spent 5 .nights there and what a great place to stay.It is within walking distance to the trams and bus terminal,Pacific Fair,Oasis Center,Surf Club and the beach. We were upgraded to a refurbished one bedroom apartment which was excellent. Very clean all-round. Will go back another time.

The worst place we have ever stayed (room 37)
Filthy dirty.
Spoke to Luck from reception she came and had a look and brought the cleaning manager with her. she said she would talk to the manager and get back to us about the refund...
I spent an hour and 20 Min cleaning the kitchen and dining on arrival.
I gave up.
We didn't use the kitchen to cook, we just had salad and wraps for the week. ( kitchen was one of the reasons for booking)
Good secure parking ( the other reason for booking)
Such a disappointing week.
The bedroom smelt like urine.
Due to a discussing mattress protector.
Bathroom cupboard hanging off
Cook top covered in grease
Microwave covered in curry and rice and smelt.
We couldn't use the food cupboards for the smell.
Hair in the bathroom
Holes in walls and doors.
Luck said they were going to give us another 2 nights for free.
I asked for 2 nights refund instead( we couldn't stay there again not even for free), but we havn't heard back.
Very disappointing.
Pay extra and go somewhere else is our advise.
