We had a fantastic stay at BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park. The park was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway.
The facilities were outstanding, especially for the kids, with plenty of activities to keep them entertained throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions.
The location was perfect close to the theme parks and an easy drive to the beaches and other Gold Coast attractions. Our site was spacious and well presented, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the park and can see why it’s so highly rated. We’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park to anyone looking for a great family holiday.

We just got home from a 7-night stay in a family villa and honestly it was one of the best family holidays we’ve ever had.
Our kids had an absolute ball in the water park - they never got sick of it. If we had let them, they probably would have lived there permanently. Between the slides, the pool, and the jumping pillow they were completely entertained the entire trip.
One of the biggest highlights for them was riding their scooters around the park. The whole place feels really safe and family-friendly, which made it so relaxing for us as parents.
The woodfire pizza was amazing, and every single amenity was fantastic. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the whole park just has such a great holiday atmosphere.
The location is perfect - less than a 5 minute drive to the theme parks and surrounded by heaps of food options and entertainment.
We had such an incredible time and were genuinely sad to leave. Safe to say we’ll definitely be back next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our cabin was in perfect order very clean had all the utensils plus more. The kitchen facilities really were excellent. So many pots and pans to choose from. The pool was fantastic. Hot tub was excellent. The food choices from the bar were brilliant and excellent yummy food, especially the lamb shanks. For improvement It would be great to see an adult only spa just for us to be able to relax without lots of kids in the spa swimming around. I did find the wood oven pizzas were thin and dry so we didn’t order one of them again. I think it will be a better experience for the kids if the Water was heated on the waterslides. The other thing which I thought was very odd is not receiving any pool towels, I’ve never stayed anywhere that has a pool/spa facility but doesn’t provide pool towels. I would love to see a dishwasher in cabins also.

We stayed for four nights in a two-bedroom bungalow at the BIG4 Holiday Park on the Gold Coast and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The park is exceptionally well set up for families, with everything designed to keep both kids and adults happy and relaxed.
The location is perfect, directly across the road from the major theme park attractions, which made our stay so convenient. The kids absolutely loved the pool area and never got tired of the park’s own mini waterpark, especially the slides and splash areas. It was such a bonus having so much entertainment right within the park itself.
What really stood out was how well the facilities catered for adults too. There are cabanas around the pool area, plenty of comfortable spots to relax, and refreshments and food available nearby so you can truly unwind while the kids play safely. It created such a relaxed holiday atmosphere.
The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The bungalow was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family getaway.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any family visiting the Gold Coast. A fantastic holiday park in an unbeatable location!

Me and my baby came all the way from NZ to Sydney to Goldcoast for her birthday and y'all made us both feel very welcomed. The rest of the guest here were nice too .I'm a firm believer that the visitors are a reflection of the owners who's reflected by their staff, so thank you to everyone. I'm deffs bringing the whole family back. Hopefully the weather will be kinder and nicer. Eventho we didn't get to explore the whole camp due to the weather there was still so much to do here. Cheers again 😁🙌
