Great place right in front of the Esplanade. An easy walk to shops with a Coles a 10 minutes left walk away. The place is well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful and proactive when asked for help. The apartments all face the beach and sitting on the balcony in the evening and looking out is wonderful. There is a huge space on the 10th floor that offers seating and has panoramic views of the sea and the area inland. There is an outdoor pool but it was too cold this time to use it but it looked clean and well maintained. The indoor heated pool is small but warm. I highly recommend this place

Service and location were great for our needs. Rooms are very well set out. Only issue was toilet seat was broken and was 95% clean but could have been better with a few bits of rubbish in the room and one of the throw rugs had some sort of dirt or stain on it. Everything else was great. Could have done with a box of tissues in the room.

Well equipped resort with indoor and outdoor pools, spa and 2 rooftops with views to die for. Absolutely gorgeous location at North Burleigh. We had ocean views across the Esplanade. It must be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Great staff. A suprise was the Sessions Surf Festival which we didn't even know was on. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and walk to everything. We will be back.

We had two apartments on the same booking.
3bed. Renovated, clean and modernised.
2bed . spacious. Very dated and dirty. The carpet was woeful, stains everywhere and looked like it had not been vacuumed. Furniture worn and dirty looking. Peeling table top cover that was also discoloured. Very old decor. The ensuite bathroom had no fan, however, it did have a window but the neighbouring tower units could see straight in as the glass was not frosted. Not all curtains closed fully, the ones facing the east did not close, which meant the sun streamed in during the morning.
Great views and location for both.
Facilities were ok, we loved the sauna. The outdoor pool area was lovely

The apartment was well below the standard I'd expect for the price. The bed was very uncomfortable, way too firm, not a lot better than sleeping on the floor. I would also recommend some curtains in the bedroom, the light from outside permeates into the room all night, the blinds do little to help with this. The bathroom was awful, the floor looked like years of grime had built up and when I stepped into the shower I wanted to get straight back out, it looked dirty, again appearing to have years of grime build up. The vanity cupboard where the hairdryer is kept, was also stained and appeared unclean. One of the cupboard doors was very difficult to open. I didn't sit on the sofa, again it was very old, and well-worn and looked dirty. I spoke to reception about this the first morning I was there, they said there had been a number of complaints about this apartment. If people have complained then something should have been actioned, not just continue to rent out the apartment. It should NOT be rented again until the owners have done a full renovation. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else.
