Felt very homely and well worth the little extra for the ocean view room. Stunning view, straight across the road from the beach, fantastic facilities (pool, hottub, outdoor bbq/kitchen/dining area, and fully equipped kitchen in the apartment. Ticked all my boxes. THANK YOU THERESA & TEAm. We will be back 🙏

Loved the view. So lucky we chose here rather than one of the other apartment blocks. Beautiful sea and sunrise views. Nice and quiet, just the roar of the ocean. Fairly priced too. Great for a longer stay as it has a full kitchen set up. We cooked a few meals over our stay. Highly recommended

Older building but clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location at the northern end of Surfers, a bit quieter but still enough eating and drinking venues around.

We had a great couple of days staying at De Ville. The location and front desk staff were amazing. There were some areas that could improve though which the admin said would be addressed once we let them know after check out.
The apartment was nice and we'll appointed but there were a few maintenance issues that could be easily addressed.
The windows were so dirty that it actually made it difficult to look out at the amazing view. Obviously we understand that it's hard to clean the windows of the bedrooms where there is no balcony but the living room one we though would be clean.
The toilet brush holder was rusty and flaking paint. Something that could so easily be replaced. Same goes for some of the kitchen utensils.
There were yellow drips of something on the ensuite bathroom wall.
The shower caddy in the ensuite, while a good idea, had to be taken off and put on the floor to actually operate the shower.
The fawcett in the bath is shooting water everywhere from the base when turned on.
The handle for switching the shower to bath was just loosely placed back on and not attached at all.
The TV in the master did not work.
The remote in the master was broken and the battery would just fall out of it.
Carpets were in rough shape. Front desk said those were in the process of being upgraded though.
The bathroom sink fawcett was loose and almost falling off.
If we were staying longer we would have let them know on day one, but with our stay being short, we thought it was better just to let it go for a couple of days rather than deal with someone coming in to fix them while we were there disrupting our 5 year olds birthday trip.

Called at 1:56pm and check in at 2pm and he says the room isn’t ready yet. What a joke. Staff are rude. Asked for information on massages - crickets- Hair in kitchen sink, grubby fingerprints on cupboard, and table, bed uncomfortably springy, lip on flooring between rooms is sharp on feet, aircon in lounge room only - doesn’t get cool in bedroom. For $250 a night not worth it. Like run some spray and wipe over the surfaces. Nice view and nice pool (plants need pruning on path) and close to SeaWorld and other theme parks and events.
