I”cancelled”my membership with one of the staff and I thought that it was done, they told me I didn’t sign a form and they charged me 6 extra weeks in total because also the 2 weeks notice that is in the terms and conditions is a lie because they ask you for a 4 week notice. I know I should have remember the day that I did it but is not fair for me because I am paying 6 weeks of something that I can’t use anymore because I moved to another city. The girl of reception is really lovely and always welling to help, but sadly the other members of the staff don’t know how to do their job. The only recommendation I can give to the members is to ask for a copy of the end of your contract or at least make sure that is done.

Well equipped gym, friendly staff, relatively well maintained and clean. Although some of the equipment is dated and not all available (or more importantly, useful) features are available /able to be connected to some of the more commonly used wearables, platforms and devices. Additionally, the tread on some of the treadmills is thin, which has lead at times to minor injuries /discomfort that isn't experienced on some of the newer machines. All that said, it's still a great gym and offers such a range of equipment that the issues mentioned above can be mitigated /minimised in various ways

As a member of Pacific Fair for several years I had taken a break. I was advised by friends that the gym had taken a massive turn for the worse & most long term members had left to go to Fitness Cartel Carrara as the vibe had gone.
Unfortunately this is exactly my experience from the moment I walked back in the door.
The management & staff are so rude and unable to resolve issues in an effective manner. Even when I asked could the issue please be escalated I was quickly dismissed on several occasions.

I'm constantly reminded how lovely the staff are the moment I walk in the door. As someone relatively new to the gym, I found myself wanting to come back again and again with how helpful and accommodating the staff are. I wish I caught the girls' names, as they truly deserve all praise I can give.

I have never stepped foot in the gym but they take money from me for absolutely nothing. Accidentally signed up for a membership and tried to cancel it. Ever since then they wouldn’t let me and have been charging me every fortnight for money when I’ve never stepped foot in the gym. They constantly spam call me and are taking money for absolutely no reason. Have never even been in the gym. Awful !!
