After a long few years of trying to find my perfect gym, I’m glad I finally found it! From the second I walked in to sign up a few months ago, I have experienced nothing but warmth and support from the Fitstop Coomera family. As a first time mum, it has been refreshing to be part of a community that is so understanding and invested in mine and my families wellbeing too.
This gym is absolutely about members having a positive experience. I cannot recommend them enough. I was also impressed that their challenge was not only about health and fitness, but building a strong community through additional activities too.

Ever since I started training here I’ve been more motivated and consistent, which used to be something I really struggled with. Having such a supportive network makes all the difference. I look forward to going to the gym because the environment is so welcoming, positive, and encouraging.
The training is really well structured, so all you have to do is show up and the rest is taken care of. The coaches will help you reach your goals and hit your PBs.
If you don’t think this gym is for you then it’s definitely for you. It’s honestly an awesome place to train.

If you are looking for somewhere to train without judgment, without fear or just to get fit or work on your mindset this is the place to come, Fitstop Coomera is not just a gym it's a place of like minded people who you can have lot's of fun with, we support each other inside and outside of the gym, we are a family who love to see growth.
I have had amazing results in my fitness and mindset as we always have a coach on hand to help with motivation and form, you also have access to nutrition and recipes through the app, I honestly love this place so much I come twice a day usually.

I’ve been a member at Fitstop Coomera since April 2025 and honestly, I’ve been obsessed from day one. The workouts are always challenging in the best way, and the coaches bring an energy that lifts you up even when you think you’ve got nothing left in the tank.
But the real magic is the community. It feels like being part of a family that actually wants to see you win. I’ve never felt more motivated, more included, or more proud to show up for myself.
