WORST nail salon i have ever been to.
Went in for shellac removal and just a fresh paint.
A young boy went straight in with the drill and continued to do that until my my natural nails were burnt off. Literally chunks taken out down to the skin underneath my nail beds.
Had to explain he needed to be more gentle with every nail he drilled which turned me into a mess from the pain.
After all this, he then proceeded to paint my nails with a colour that looked like it had sand all through it and said I will need to change my colour.
He then took the drill to my nail again to take off the polish he just painted.
After I refused the drill I said I wanted to go home.
The owner then wouldn’t let me leave without paying. DISGRACEFUL. PAINFUL. EXPENSIVE.
If I would give no stars. I would.

The WORST mani pedi I’ve ever had.
I’ve come out worse than when I went in and all I needed was neatening up and a tiny bit of leftover shellac taken off.
I didn’t have any new polish or shellac put on as I wanted to use a colour I have at home that I forgot to bring, still was charged the same price s if I were to have polish. What a waste of $75!
Also equipment was not sterilised.

2/5 stars. I came from Adelaide and got
my nails done here in pacific fair and I was not satisfied with the results. I got my nails done Saturday and two days later one of them fell off and then another one the polish began scraping off. Came back to get them fixed and they did fix the two nails for free. a day later the same nail fell off. Also paid $100 for this set which did not even last me 2 days. Not coming back here, wouldn’t recommend.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. It was filthy. The manicurist had no idea what she was doing. I left after she started removing the polish off my toes. There was no nails or cuticles cut. The owner yelled at me at demanded I pay $50 for 5 minutes of their time. She was rude unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about customers or quality. Stay away from this place!

Super bad service. I got a pedicure with shellac on my toes. When I got home part of the paint was gone because they did not dry it properly.
I came back today and they refunded me 15AUSD (when I paid 65AUD).
I had to leave work, come back to this shop (not close to my place) and waste all this time because they did not do a good job. As a result I still paid money to have my toes like this. 65 that I paid, minus 15 that they gave me back makes 50. Plus the money I need to spend now to go somewhere else and get it redone.
Will never come back again
