She always checks in after appointments, recommends the right products, and is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I love her work and I’m so happy with the results. I recently had a PicoSure treatment for pigmentation at the Laser Skin Centre in Tugun with Allessandra. She is known as a laser skin expert and is incredibly professional and caring throughout the entire procedure. I really appreciated how she took the time to educate me on both prevention and maintenance to ensure lasting results.
The procedure itself is a little uncomfortable, but the sensation passes quickly and there was absolutely no downtime - which is one of the best things about this treatment.
Post procedure my skin looks noticeably clearer with a significant reduction in pigmentation and a more even skin tone.
Overall, a really positive experience with great care and expertise. Highly recommend.

I've just finished three sessions of excel V combined with laser genesis and couldn’t be happier with the results. Ive seen a huge improvement in the overall appearance of my skin. The team are friendly and professional and always make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend, won't be going anywhere else for laser treatments!
