Okay so arrived the fan would not operate correctly other than full speed.
The washing machine wouldn’t work and the a few other issues which the lady couldn’t offer another room however she promised to refund 2 out of 3 nights.
After weeks of no refund I reached out to her asking why, sh provided an incorrect email but we managed to figure out the error.
I followed all her instructions then nothing, I again followed up an was told I needed to wait to the end of the month.
Fast forward to the end of the month, only 1 night refunded.
If you offer something for example 2 nights refunded don’t be dishonest an only refund 1 night no point being a liar about it.
Thai was all written via sms, so if there is a reply I will post the sms showing that she just flat out lied to us, it was not miscommunication.
We will be disputing the credit card because of this.

An awesome place to stay. Great location, view, clean and fantastic staff. My go to on the Gold Coast. Close to great restaurants and the Kirra Beach Hotel. The staff at the Meridian Towers are amazing. Dee and Shirley are absolutely fantastic. Always friendly ,helpful and always willing to make your stay wonderful. 😎👍😍

Absolutely stunning views. Reception staff were engaging and friendly. Our room was immaculately clean. Best room cleanliness that I have ever stayed at. Big thank you to the cleaning staff. Enjoyed our stay here immensely and will definitely return. Highly recommend a stay here ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💕

We stumbled upon this place last minute due to a cancelled flight. The reception, Maggie has been the kindest and most helpful person I’ve ever met. Despite the late check in , she went through the trouble to help us check in, even recommended us some nice places to eat.
The room we got is a 2 bedroom unit. It was super clean, with all the necessities like washing machine and kitchen. Just a tad slightly aged, in that well lived in way rooms tend to get over the years. Sadly I forgot to take pictures of those, but you can check other reviews for that.
Finally, the view from the balcony! That was just the loveliest sight! It’s a 1 minute walk across the road to the beach, which I’ve attached a picture of below. Barely a soul in sight, compared to the far busier beach about 10 minutes away in the main hub of Coolangatta. Great stay all round, and a little hidden gem of Gold Coast if one gets tired of the more tourist oriented areas of Surfers Paradise.

Reasonably priced hotel close to Coolangatta. Clean and spacious with good amenities.
The only downside side of our 2 day stay was the threadbare sheets on the bed.
They literally had holes in them from being so thin. At $360+ a night, you would expect decent sheets.
