Made an appointment with AI over the phone. Took a very long time and I confirmed about three times with the robot that this was a bulk-billing clinic, only to go there on a morning that turned out to be very inconvenient for me (couldn’t find the place for about ten minutes either due to poor signage), only to be told they do not bulk bill at all! Fuming.
