The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. They took the time to ensure I was comfortable and tailored the treatment to exactly what I needed. The treatment itself was deeply relaxing and restorative — you can tell they genuinely care about the wellbeing of their clients and take pride in what they do.
I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and completely relaxed both physically and mentally. It was more than just a spa visit — it was a healing and uplifting experience.

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed. The setting is absolutely picturesque, peaceful, surrounded by nature, and beautifully maintained. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had truly therapeutic and rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend to anyone looking for five-star service in a stunning, tranquil location!

The 5.5hr experience was on top of this world .... literally!!
However, would have been nice to drink our rose out of a glass and not plastic!
Also the chocolate fondue would have been nice with a real fondue set and not a plastic tub of chocolate.
Facilities and staff were spot on.

Last Friday was absolutely amazing, a much-needed day out with my wonderful colleagues! Every year, we make time to step away from our busy routines and take our third space, and we truly deserve it.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the lovely receptionist, who showed us where to settle in. Slipping into those soft, oversized gowns instantly set the tone for relaxation. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect, a gentle, cool breeze drifting across the high banks made everything feel serene and surreal.
The heated pool was divine, and the spa and infrared sauna were the perfect way to start unwinding. But the highlight of the day was definitely the massage, Jay, the masseuse, worked wonders with just the right amount of deep-tissue pressure to release all the tension.
We ended our experience with light snacks and sparkling juice, feeling refreshed, grounded, and grateful. It was a beautiful reminder of why taking time for ourselves matters.
Highly recommend making space for your own “third space” even just half a day can make all the difference.

What a beautiful place, we had a spa package and were looked after so well by Gerda and her team. The welcome drink, the massage, afternoon tea and a swim in the gorgeous pool. I would highly recommend going here to get pampered. It was so lovely. The view was amazing.
